Miss Nelsy, Lead Teacher - Infant Room

Miss Nelsy worked in the child care field for 8 years in Florida and New Jersey before coming to Crossroads in 2006. She was a homecare provider for a number of families until their children were old enough to attend elementary school.

She is very kind and giving, always willing to jump in and help. She loves the children as they do her. She has created a wonderful work environment of team spirit in her classroom, from which the children have thrived!

Over the years, she has attended many CITE and 1st Step Infant and Toddler Initiative Workshops and implemented what she learned into the classroom. She is married to a retired NYC Police Detective and has 2 children, Isabella and Sylar.
